Your regulars already wait. Give them a reason to come back.
Every order and every queue is dead time you're paying rent on. Pixlo turns it into play, points, and a digital relationship with the people in front of you - the kind of loyalty tooling that used to be only for chains.
Engagement you can measure, loyalty you can keep
Pixlo is built for an independent café, not an enterprise rollout - self-serve, priced per venue, and live the same day.
More dwell time
Guests who are mid-game stay a little longer, order a little more, and remember the visit. A per-day play-time cap keeps it fun without a table being camped.
More repeat visits
Points, streaks, daily challenges, and your own rewards give regulars a concrete reason to choose you again - and a referral system turns them into a channel.
A real digital relationship
Guests are recognised across visits by a durable identity (email or Google), so a returning regular isn't a stranger. On the Legend plan, the live lobby turns solo waits into a shared room.
Zero friction to launch
No app for guests to download, no hardware to buy, no POS integration. Print a QR poster, and you're live. Start with a free 30-day trial.
How ads work on Pixlo - and why Legend is ad-free
Two simple rules, so you always know exactly what your guests see.
Rookie & Pro: an occasional sponsor card
To keep these plans affordable, Pixlo may show a small, clearly-labelled Sponsored card after a guest finishes a game and sees their points - never during play, and capped so no one is nagged. These are brand offers Pixlo runs across its network; you don't manage them and they never get in the way of your rewards.
Legend: completely ad-free, and you can run your own
On Legend, Pixlo shows no network ads at all to your guests. Instead, you get to run your own sponsor - your coffee roaster, the bakery next door, a local event - as a branded card or prize inside your Pixlo experience.
For example
A guest at a Pro café finishes a quick game, sees "+40 points", and below it a tidy card: "Sponsored - Blue Tokai: 20% off cold brew this week." One tap opens the offer. At a Legend café, there's no Pixlo card - but that café could run its own: "This round's brought to you by the bakery next door - show this for a free cookie."
In every case: ads are always labelled, never interrupt a game, are frequency-capped, and we never share who your guests are with brands - targeting is by city and venue only.
